Attuning to Your Nervous System: A Six-Week Somatic healing journey

Are you ready to break free from reactive patterns rooted in trauma and embrace a life of balance and resilience?

Step into a comprehensive approach to well-being where education about the nervous system and our biology meets personalized, body-based practices for healthy regulation.

This six-week somatic healing journey offers a supportive and experiential way to explore the connection between symptoms, emotions, and body sensations — helping create meaningful shifts in your inner experience while building resilience over time.

Rather than working from the mind alone, this program invites you to reconnect with the body’s innate wisdom and capacity for regulation, safety, and balance.

An Invitation to Reconnect

At times, our nervous systems remain shaped by past experiences, ongoing stress, or patterns that developed as ways of staying safe. These patterns can show up as reactivity, shutdown, chronic tension, or difficulty accessing calm, connection, or joy — even when we deeply want change.

Attuning to Your Nervous System is a guided six-week journey designed to support a gradual return to internal safety, presence, and choice. This work is not about pushing beyond limits or fixing what feels broken, but about learning to listen to the body and respond with care.

The Journey

This program follows a gentle, intentional sequence of safety, support, and expansion, allowing the nervous system to build capacity at its own pace.

Through somatic practices, guided exercises, and reflective tools, you are supported in:

  • Reconnecting with your body’s signals and rhythms

  • Developing internal resources for self-regulation

  • Increasing tolerance for presence, connection, and ease

  • Gently shifting reactive patterns held in the nervous system

  • Strengthening resilience in everyday life

By learning to regulate from within, you may begin to experience greater flexibility in how you respond to stress, relationships, and life’s challenges — without effort or force.

What You’ll Learn and Experience

Throughout the six weeks, you’ll be guided to:

  • Cultivate a felt sense of safety and grounding in the body

  • Build supportive inner resources for regulation and stability

  • Tune into body sensations with curiosity and compassion

  • Expand your capacity for joy, connection, and well-being

  • Engage with life from a place of greater presence and calm

The practices are accessible, adaptable, and designed to meet you where you are.

A Trauma-Attuned, Body-Based Approach

This work is especially supportive for those who notice patterns that haven’t shifted through insight or effort alone. Some experiences are held in the nervous system rather than the story, and change often unfolds most effectively through body-based awareness and regulation.

You are never asked to relive or retell past experiences. Instead, the focus is on creating enough safety in the present moment for the nervous system to reorganize and settle naturally.

What the Experience Is Like

Sessions and practices are paced, relational, and responsive. You are encouraged to track your own capacity, adjust as needed, and honor your system’s signals throughout the process.

This is not a performance-based program. It is an invitation into attunement, curiosity, and embodied awareness — supporting sustainable change over time.

This Work Over Time

This six-week program can be experienced as a complete journey on its own or woven into a longer-term Regulated Living™ coaching container.

When supported over time, somatic regulation practices often integrate more fully into daily life — deepening resilience, emotional balance, and a sense of internal steadiness.

Through a blend of somatic practices, guided exercises, and reflective tools, you'll learn to:

  • Cultivate a sense of safety and grounding in your body.

  • Build supportive inner resources for self-regulation.

  • Expand your capacity for joy, connection, and well-being.

  • Practices to tune into your body’s signals and access your innate capacity for healing.

  • Ways to expand your ability to engage with life from a place of presence and calm.

Whether you’re seeking relief from stress, a deeper connection to yourself, or a foundation for growth, this program provides a safe, supportive space for transformation to begin.

If you’re curious whether this part of the journey is right for you, we can start with a conversation.

Here's what Clients have to say:

"I never felt so seen by any other therapist or coach. Jude's ability to stay with me throughout my journey of self exploration gave me the tools to see issues for myself, allowing for my own inner guidance.

She applies somatic practices along with acknowledging one's personal experience. This is huge in the realm of healing, linking the body WHILE ALSO navigating through the thoughts and emotions. I think understanding the parasympathetic vs the sympathetic states, and the mind are also very important to understand when dealing with any problems.

Not only did I learn a new way of calming my nervous system, I feel like I practiced the grounding and other exercises enough that it has become automatic for me to be able to notice when I’m not regulated. This has been my biggest tool that I can use on the daily.

The knowledge Jude has around somatic therapy, the body and the nervous system was extremely helpful to me and my trauma responses. Educating me on the nervous system and how the mind works in relationship with it was extremely helpful. This has changed my perception of my narrative thinking as well as the experiences that have actually happened.”                ~Michelle Ungo

“I worked with Jude for both EFT Tapping and Attuning to Your Nervous System Somatic practices and it was truly transformational.  I went into our sessions fully committed and it was the BEST investment I have made in myself.  I was dealing with chronic neck pain and had tried chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, etc and while they helped with the pain, it still persisted frequently and for long durations of time with little predictability.

Family and work challenges also weighed heavy on me.  Overall I feel much calmer and less reactive to many situations in my life than before our work together.  I also have so many ‘go to’ techniques to handle challenges and situations as they arise and use them daily.  I have recommended Jude to many people without hesitation and plan to continue our work together over time.” ~ KR
